Can you put more cloud saves on the cloud for email-verified users? Like 10 would be great!

Unfortunately cloud saves require us to pay the cloud storage that we use to make this feature available. This is why we cannot make more cloud projects available for free. ;(
However, there is the option of getting a Silver subscription that enables 50 cloud projects (along other benefits; see all licences comparisons here GDevelop Premium Plans | GDevelop). If you’re subscribed to the GDevelop newsletter there is a possibility of receiving discounts and cupons for licenses or other products in the Store (sounds, asset packs, templates…).
