Object creation creating more than 1 instance

Hi

I am trying to make a button create an single object (small house) but when i click the button it creates 4 - 6 instances of the same object and havnt got a clue how to make it just create 1 can some1 please help.

below are the conditions and actions i am using to do it

You should add “trigger once” condition (from “advanced” category) to the very last évent to avoid executing this event multiple times while the user clicks on your button.
