Hi,
On Linux Chrome/Brave Internet browsers, the “Old Film” effect is not working properly? (works properly on Linux Firefox though?)
Please look at our small demo below on Itch:

Hi,
WebGL is operational on both Chrome & Brave Internet browsers on my OS…
Does anyone have any ideas here?
(Effects are really neat, but they should work on all Internet browsers)
Hey!
I played on Safari, and did not notice any “old film effects” (but I’ve also never seen them before so I’m not sure what I’m looking for).
As for gameplay, I just got stuck on this screen and I’m not sure what to do.
Hi,
We just started learning GDevelop yesterday and making a small game with it.
No actual “game” yet, working on the other things first.
I honestly don’t know what we will make, but it will be underwhelming.
The Effects are disabled on Itch site for now until this can be fixed.
If there are troubleshooting steps necessary, let us know and we will provide.
We are coming from Godot game engine v4.5 (~3 finished game projects).
I am lead developer of the team and my vision is unfortunately getting bad.
Thought to try an Event based game engine for a change with less coding.
Again, would love to solve this issue on Linux with Chrome and Brave.
Let us know here how we can help!
Thanks…

Unfortunately, I’ve never used the old film effect and so I have no idea what could be going on with it.
Your best bet is to wait here for someone to answer your question, but there isn’t any guarantee that will work.
Maybe there is a workaround where you could make the effect yourself?
