Particle Events that Change Color

I’m building a game like Flappy-bird. I want to add a particle that follows the flying object. Is it possible to make the particle red when the player goes up and blue when he goes down, like a stock chart, and if so, what event should I use?


Hi, first I thought that you cannot change the particle colors and that I would delete and create a red or green particle object depending on your up- and down- presses.

But, there are advanced particle actions that allow you to set the red-, green- and blue-components of your particles. So you can change them depending on your keypresses.
