i need premium to upload images?

i’ve used up all the games i get to make on gdevelop that save to gdevelop cloud without premium. now whenever i try to upload an image as a sprite into a game, it tells me i need gdevelop cloud, or in other words, buy premium. am i doing something wrong or do i have to upgrade in order to make my game?

The free version of the online (web) version only allows so many cloud projects. With the online version, unfortunately you can only upload images if the project is saved to the cloud.

If you can use the desktop version, it saves projects on the computer, so there’s no limits to the number of saved projects.
