I would appreciate a new random game button so that I can continue testing new games in development next to the provide feedback button. I see it as a great way to engage with creators and would like to be able to do so more easily.
Also, we’re not allowed to rate the same game again. I get that, but sometimes the creator has updated the game since my last play. While most of the time I leave feedback to help out it does feel lame that I don’t get punished because an algorithm picked a game I had already reviewed.
Maybe I am misunderstanding something? It seemed to me that we only get coins for rating games that are in development. So if my goal is to get coins while interacting and investing with the community is the randomizer my only choice?
Also side note, how do I change my profie picture on my Gdevelop Profile, not the forum profile?
Wait, doesn’t “random game” already exist?
Also, I believe that you can re-feedback but without getting GDevelop credits (which is to prevent spam), correct me if I’m wrong.
First of all, thank you for taking the time to send your feedback to games published on gd.games.
A “randomise game” button exists, but it only appears when you click the button under " Test video games in development before they go live" in the homepage (you’ll have to scroll a little).
It is placed between the feedback button and the button to play the game in fullscreen
You can also earn coins by giving player feedback to other creators and games. If you see the button “send game feedback / Earn GDcoins” there is a possibility that you’ll get rewarded with coins.
Hey, thank you for getting back to me. Yeah you already have everything in place perfectly. When I clicked that button the first time, something must have been going on because it prompted me to share the game instead of just having a new random one generate and I was so confused because that logo def says random not share to me. So I think I just encountered something weird and thought that it worked correctly and just reverted back to how I got my first random game ever.
