I’m trying to make it so when I press R it starts recording and when I press T it saves the video to desktop

What is the expected result

It looks like it has a video bit rate related issue.
Try removing that action, you’re using the default value anyway.

Thanks, it fixed the errors. It does start and stop but I don’t see where the recording is saved. How do I make it so it saves on desktop?

You’re already using the save action, so point it to the desktop.
