I legit just upgraded my plan and was removed from the Discord shortly after. I’ve made several attempts to rejoin but keep getting removed. I’m going to cross my fingers that this is just a mistake, because if not, it’s really scummy — I’ve been very quiet in the Discord, so it makes no sense to get banned out of nowhere. I won’t stay quiet about it either.
Recently, we have had a wave of accounts that spammed and posted links aimed at scamming users; these types of compromised accounts were directly banned.
Please send me your Discord username, and I will check what happened.

Your history is full of ALL CAPS everywhere, it’s really frowned upon to write in all caps everywhere.
You also abused the ping function on people who hadn’t asked for anything. You were reported by others for this abusive behavior.
You abused the word sh*t.
You spammed the General channel with more than 14 emojis.
You deliberately continued a conversation in an inappropriate channel even though a moderator told you the correct channel and to continue the discussion there.
Your Gold subscription was taken after all these infractions on 10/13/2025 at 02:05 AM.
Taking a subscription will have no impact on moderation decisions.
And finally, you are not banned from our GDevelop server, however you have 2 warnings out of 3. So not far from a ban.
So you are not banned, but I don’t see you in the server’s user list, and you are not blocked by me, so you should have access to the Discord server.
However, your profile is not available from the Discord moderation view, so you certainly have a problem with Discord itself.
So am I getting a refund? Because all of this is untrue, and I can prove it. I’ve never done any of what’s being claimed — I’ve only ever posted in WIP or joined existing conversations. I’d like a refund instead of being targeted for nothing. Also, I haven’t even been able to enjoy what the Gold plan offers. It clearly states that the Discord channel would be available to me, but I was removed, so there’s no way for me to access that benefit. At this point, I’d just prefer a refund — this whole situation is giving me a bad impression. also my profile is private cause i stream and i get doxed and threatened regularly so thats make not much sense to really bring up
Also, do you not know how Discord works? When you remove someone, you cant view the person from that view — this is a very basic fundamental of running a Discord server. Once someone is removed, admins lose all ability to see that stuff. I know this because I run two decent-sized Discord servers myself. On top of that, I think it’s crazy that using caps is even being brought up. If people are being removed from the Discord for reasons like that, I just want a refund and nothing more to do with this engine.

Yes, we know how Discord works. We have the logs and other logs outside of Discord thanks to moderation bots. What has been stated is unfortunately not invented. The moderator view works for other banned user profiles, but your profile doesn’t even open. And truthfully, we have no logs of you being banned, kicked, or any sign indicating that you left the server.

If you wish for a refund of your subscription, you must send a request to the email address indicated on your invoice.
