It works if I import an image but not if I fill it using bucket or drawing using any tool. It saves as empty.
I’ve seen this before, and both times it’s occurred (once for me and once for another user) it was due to antivirus detecting Piskel’s saving method as “suspicious”. You might try temporarily disabling your antivirus and try saving.
