is it possible to somehow transfer events from one scene to another or do I have to enter all this again with my hands

Use External Events where you select one scene and make events for that scene and then use that external event by linking it to other scenes. Read more about it here.

As @Muzan wrote, use External Events, particularly if there are multiple scenes that use the same set of events.
Don’t event bother with copying a chunk of events from one scene to another. If you did, and you needed to modify the events, you’d have to ensure you modified all events the same way. And that’s a recipe for creating bugs.
