Seriously am I stupid or where do I find the 2D Effect Property Names?

I want to change the Outline Color through the “Set Effect property (String)”. Is it even possible??

I was looking for the property names so I can change for example the Color of the Outline Effect.

I found by myself but thanks anyway.
