Is there any way I can I touch with a game developer that is willing to help me get a job based on my video game, or just look at my video game and tell me if I can get into contact with anybody that is willing to help me with it. Like help finish it, and sell it or publish it.
You can publish your game to gd.games and then share it here on the forums for starters.
Trough gd,games youll be able to get player feedback to help you on your game development.
If theres something you dont know how to do, you can just ask here and people will do their best to teach you how to do it 
When your game is done, theres plenty of guides made by the GDevelop people teaching you how to easily publish games on itch, Steam, Google Play and so on…
