Third person Camera viewpoint movement

I tried searching the forums for this but couldn’t quite find what I’m looking for. What I want to do is easily manage a player to always move forward in the direction that the camera is pointing. Particularly interested in the built in 3d objects for this task. What I want to make happen is when the camera rotates by degrees, the player turns in response and even (if at all possible) remains in front of the camera’s viewpoint.

Is there a way to do this?

I don’t have an example ready as of yet because I don’t know where to start.

As I’ve stated in the game’s comment section, this is just a simplified way of accomplishing what I was asking for in the post. There may exist better ways of accomplishing the same thing.
