On keyboard all is running well.

Can you share a screenshot of the code? 
Ive been doing a lot of work with controllers recently, maybe i can help.
First i would make sure you have the ladder with the behavior.
this is what i use in my events, whatever button you want to use, and then those two actions. *astro is just the name of my character
Ladder is working when I use the keyboard, settings are the same or not?
