Error with AWS access key is because you don’t use an official version of GDevelop.
Download the official version on the website or on Github only.

Hi do some basic checks

Official GD as @Bouh says.
Your game under 100MB?
Is your game running correct in Preview.
Did you check the resources under Resources right click and remove unused images, sounds, fonts and videos.
