I don’t think your comments can be misconstrued as offensive in any way.
But those involving sheep are another story
Short lived for this one karma is. Yes, hrrrm. (sorry, bad Yoda impression)

The way you talked about that bird was as if it were the most important thing in the world. I felt like I had offended it by comparing it to an inferior relative
Will do

Haha, no my comments were satirical. not of the humble kiwi, but of people who are fiercely patriotic (“Murica!” spring to mind…)
It looks like the pattern was broken today :
Wordle 286 5/6*

Dayumm, cos I’ve been waiting for you to get a 6/6 so that I could use a certain line. But happy for you though.
You’ve probably posted most of your results since then.
They are all there MrMen, I checked. So you can get your stats back.
Short lived for this one karma is
Mate, karma started has not.
Haha, sorry, I have no idea how to do impressions of this guy:
Oh noooo, made a mistake and didn’t use my yellow letter in my third guess.
Wordle 286 5/6
I was going to admonish you for going easy mode, but nearly blew it myself. The worst part of it, my son did it in 2 today . I’ll never hear the end of it…
Wordle 287 6/6*
I missed a few again. I didn’t get the last one in time before boredom struck. Eventually when making dinner I was like, wait… was it…
This time I learned a new word and got lucky. I also noticed I don’t have hard mode on, on my phone.
Wordle 287 3/6
I also looked at Wordement, it looks pretty fun.
Might improve my English a bit more
EDIT:
my son did it in 2 today
. I’ll never hear the end of it…
Look at my score, sometimes it’s not skill based
Might improve my English a bit more
Keep hanging round this thread, and you may yet end up with an Aussie/Kiwi twang
I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing, I’m already messing up a lot of my Dutch words
So close to a 2 for me, thought of it but went with the other option first.

Well, fortunately you can’t hear us, so you won’t pick up our lack of r, like butta, riva etc. Although it does make us sound very cute to other nationalities apparently.
But I’m disappointed, no one took the bait and corrected me about my deliberate Yoda mistake.
The worst part of it, my son did it in 2 today
Yes, but MrMen, I find ways to salvage my pride every day when I do wordle with my friend. If your son got very lucky with his starter word then say where’s the skill in that, he didn’t work for it.
But MrMen, as you got 6/6 today
but I’ve never failed - if I did , my family would surely disown me for being a dunce
So close.
I also looked at Wordement
And ES, this is the game from Snapchat that is just like wordament but has one on one play with friends. I haven’t dl it though but assume it’s the same as the snapchat version.
Who can find more words? Challenge your friends and test your vocabulary!

Haha, I thought it was a bad E.T quote, decided not to correct because that film may have been before your time
So close.
: Yes, I actually laughed, but won’t show the family the comment. They may test it out…
that film may have been before your time
Haha, it’s not actually, although I haven’t seen it.
And it hasn’t refreshed for me, but I think we’ve made it to 1000 views for your topic, MrMen.
Well, fortunately you can’t hear us, so you won’t pick up our lack of r, like butta, riva etc.
Came across this Michael McIntyre piece where he talks about the Kiwi and Aussie accents, and it reminded me if your comment
Haha, I cried from laughing about the comparison of vowels between the two countries.

Thank you so much for posting that. I’ve been watching this guy for the last hour now and keep laughing That part about the Scottish dog being happy to have his balls smelled got me teared up from laughter

I will take a look When I suddenly destroy all scores in this topic it’s your fault. (but this probably won’t happen)
Green green green, thought I was going to get it in two
Wordle 289 3/6
From your tomorrow :
Wordle 290 4/6*
(yeah, spot that asterix)
I didn’t get today’s wordle this time, had a letter stuck in a place and couldn’t think of more words that would fit. I eventually looked up the answer and still didn’t even knew the word This is not a common word internationally, as far as I know. And when searching for the word on google without “english” behind it, it will only show information about it being a place in Brazil.
Well, at least I learned a new word
EDIT: Bubble ignore the reply, I was replying to you but noticed you didn’t do this one yet.
It’s a commonish English word. It depends how you pronounce it :
Nah-tell, and it’s a place name
Nay-tall, and it refers to birth (as in antinatal)
(You can also hear it in this Youtube clip)
It looks like I`m not the only one
First comment on that video:
“Who’s here because they didn’t even know the Wordle word was a word”
