But I got another score, and I’m pretty satisfied. Got it within a few minutes. My English is better than my French, that’s for sure haha. “je ne parle pas français” is everything I was saying the last few days.
Fantastic! I reckon camper trips are the best way to have a holiday. And you’re very fortunate in Europe having so many different cultures a few hours drive away. MrsWomen & I did a 5 month camper trip through Europe almost 20 years ago. No kids, no deadline, no rushing around (and no wordle back then either )
Speaking of which, I was fairly certain of my second guess :
I’m calling this karma payback for all my past boasts, silliness and anything else. In the first guess I squealed cos I thought I was going to get it in one. But look at this abomination.
Wordle 319 6/6
Mate, I laughed when I saw that one. That has got to be frustrating to play, getting green, green, green, disappointment. Were you sweating by the end of it?
I totally forgot to answer your reply. Your game looks really nice, but alas, I am also walking into the axe bug in the second level.
I love the idea of retrieving your weapons after the action has been done by the character itself. And the puzzles look promising. Too bad I can’t continue past level 2. When you have fixed the bugs and brought it to Liluo, I will hopefully be able to complete the levels without a ditch Like @Bubble has also said, I do hope you will continue this because it seems like a great concept.
Camper trips are indeed the best way to celebrate a holiday, although many people think it’s a downgrade and would rather go to a hotel.
You and I are the more adventurous types. I love being in the middle of a forest with total silence and being able to scream at the top of my lungs while no one can hear me (I actually did that just for the fun of it). Driving 30 minutes on a gravel road to find a secluded spot in the middle of nowhere, and escaping the chaos of modern day life
Haha I love it, that feeling of “I know the answer!.. oh that’s not it” again and again.
I had something similar, but I got lucky that it didn’t go on for too long. (although there were limited possibilities)
Thanks for mentioning the slang name for the body of water between my country and MrMen’s country. But, haha, the phrase you mentioned actually uses the word ‘hitch’ not ditch.
I may have gone more wild than both of you, I travelled a fair bit of Australia in a ute with a canopy, sleeping in the back of it, haha.
This is just an internet pic, but it’s what the ute looked like:
But alas, I myself, don’t drive and backpacked solo by bus and train around Europe for three months in 2019. But yeah, I would think to myself how good it would be to just go and stay anywhere with a camper.
Okay, well it’s been a very slow brew but apparently my bad karma wasn’t finished yesterday. That’s two sixes in a row for me, with just lot of greens but too many choices.
Not the answer but relates to the answer
And I really don’t think today’s word is a proper word anyway, it’s more an informal word.
Lol, you’re just sore 'cos karma’s making you guess wrong
Yeah, that can be hard. The worst I’ve managed is digging a hole to pitch a tent in the snow near Bryce Canyon. For other parts we stayed in motels.
It’s neat you can trip round in a ute mainly; the climate and lack of people in the outback are a bonus with that. The only bummer is when you’re camping and find out your tent isn’t as waterproof as you had believed. Some of those rain storms can be brutal
Our travels were in a brick on wheels that we purchased just outside of Zaandam. At one point on the trip I backed into a solid stone wall. No damage to the camper, but there was a bit missing from the wall. It could muster 100kph downhill. Nothing flash, but it was perfect for us. This is very similar (with wedge roof and awning), taken off the interwebs :
Something’s else that’s not so flash are my wordle scores. I’m losing my touch and my attempts have been increasing daily. I could be out the back door by Sunday if this trend keeps up.
Can you explain what the level 2 bug is that you experience? I’ve played the level loads of times, and have only once experienced the problem where the axe heading to the top right skeleton disappears. Is that what you have encountered too?
Someday I wish to visit both your countries. They look beautiful. I`m so jealous of the mountains you guys have, would love to plunk my camper on top of them and enjoy nature.
Bubble, I still think “ditch” fits better but thanks for reminding me, something does seem off when I look at it now. Also, I would really recommend getting your license if you don’t have it and getting a camper. There is nothing that can beat the feeling of freedom it gives, knowing that when my house somehow explodes or the netherlands goes under water, (there is actually a website where you can check if your house goes underwater when the dams break) I can just go anywhere that my camper can reach and have a place to stay with provisions (it’s always packed). A feeling I really recommend.
MrMen, that camper looks adorable. I love it! We own a Fiat Ducato 1990 that also looks pretty awesome if I may say so myself. (picture also from the www)
My worldle for today, got into a tight corner by getting two completely wrong words. But it actually did me some good.
Please do, it’d be a great experience as both county sides are vastly different, but the cultures are similar and very welcoming.
I’m not really into the great outdoors stuff - I don’t mind day trips, but overnighting isn’t high on my agenda. MrWomen is the one who pushes that one. The 5 monther back in 2003? Her doing - I thought a couple of weeks would have been enough. Not her. The last big trip we had (6 years ago) was 8 weeks round Europe with 3 kids (1.5, 6 & 8 year olds), with only carry on luggage. Her idea. And it worked really well.
Yeah, the longer you’re travelling, the less you need cos you pack less clothes and just wash them. I did my Europe three months with only carry on luggage.
