Who know how to creat snow effect

hello i would like to put a snow effect on my platform game is it possible on gdevelop and how can i do that?

In case you meant falling snow on the screen you can either use the particle emitter object in GD or render an animation on to images using a 3rd party tool like Pixel FX:
