How do i move around elements in scene editor?

How do i move elements of scene editor around?
I did not do it in a long time
But i am pretty sure you just grab top part where cursor changes to cross
And now you should be able to move it around
Yet i can’t do it
If i move cursor out from element i wanna move it just changes back to normal cursor

Me too. Looks like a bug…
I tested version 5-5.3.192 using LINUX MINT 21.2 app.image and it is working normally.
